How Do I Do the Challenge?
- Pastor Barry has challenged us during this summer to get up and move! We are encouraged to walk 3 times a week.
- During the week you will walk, do light cardio, or active activity of your choice for 15 minutes.
- We encourage you to post your progress on social media and tag us at @wardamechurch.
- Don’t forget to stay hydrated!
